This place is always great. Family and I have stayed here multiple times. Sue and Pat are the best hosts and will answer anything you ask them.

Sue and Pat are such wonderful hosts, they kept in close contact the entire weekend and made sure to be available for anything we might need. The house is a lovely early 1900s home and we really appreciated the deep dive into the history of the house itself posted on the walls! The property is spacious enough for our larger party to spread out but cozy enough that we all were able to enjoy each other's company. We were an easy five minute drive straight to the Chickamauga NPS visitor center and loved seeing the family of deer right outside of our windows. Stores and gas in town aren't very far either. Check-in was easy, clean-up was straight forward and we really appreciated their accommodation for our larger party. We wish we could've stayed longer!

When you walk into a place and all the little details have been thought of for your convenience, you know your experience is going to be great! Clear labels on things that matter (such as light switches), simple added conveniences (lots of towels, upgrade on TP, places to charge your devices) and simple advice to improve your experience. It is the small things that reduce stress and help you take in a new place and area, while maximizing the opportunity to simply be. All of the above is what we found and more. It was roomy, yet small and allowed for a larger family to play, relax and enjoy the area.
