Kelvin is super friendly and responsive. He communicated well and let us know of anything needs from the house. He provided towels and soap even a hair dryer and even left a nice bottle of wine. As well as many seasonings and cooking needs . The two separate rooms were a plus for nights when my friend wanted to watch tv and I didn’t and went to the other to sleep while they enjoyed the tv. The balcony was huge and had a nice view of the street. The pool and hot tub was accessible 24-7 which was a big plus because many other options had time limits overall a great location and home that is well taken cared for. I had minor issues but It wasn’t because of the owner but because other guest who checked out 3 HOURS LATE previous to my arrival even then the owner was communicating well and let me know asap of the issue . More than likely booking again!!

Only a short drive from major areas. Amazing stay , clean. Hot tub and pool was a great amenity. Stay Was amazing.

My birthday vacation was amazing!!!!!! The home was everything and more. From the private balcony with jacuzzi to the pool that we was able to access, everything was perfect. Also Kelvin went above and beyond by introducing me to Natalie( designer). She helped decorate the space for a perfect birthday welcome. Even went above and beyond by giving a list of places to see, to eat and things to do during our stay. She also surprised us with special personal things unique to the island. Together Kelvin and Natalie are the dream team. They went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. I will never forget it and would definitely be back.

Stayed at Cat's Villa for 5 days and it was a great experience. Kevin responded very quick and answered all our questions. The location was peaceful, and we felt safe. Highly recommend this listing. If in PR again, we would definitely rent again. Thanks Kevin.

This place was great! We picked this spot for a birthday trip and it was perfect. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Everything was easy to get to from this location but you definitely need a car or uber! Other than that everything was exceptional! Kelvin was very attentive and answered very quickly! He accommodated us to his fullest extent!
