I flew here for a surgery and couldn't have been more comfortable during my recovery. Sergio's place was spacious, exceptional and exactly as described. It was located in a rather quiet part of the city despite the traffic and was very well equipped. Pedro, Artemio, and Imelda were all fantastic and made me feel like I was at a 5-star resort; they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to CDMX!

I had a very nice stay at Sergio's apartment. The apartment is well-equipped for long stays (I stayed 4 weeks), and the team is very responsive, so anything that isn't on site, they quickly provide. Imelda and the cleaning team were also very responsive, and came in weekly to tidy up and take care of the sheets and towels. The doormen are very responsive as well, and did a great job taking care of / holding deliveries. The apartment is spacious, with beautiful light in the morning. As mentioned in Sergio's description, the apartment is on a noisy thoroughfare, so if you need quiet to sleep or concentrate on work, this might not be the place for you. Also, the location, while central, is a bit tricky since it's located on a very busy road. It's not a very walkable area, so be advised that taking cars/ Ubers is the best way to leave and return to the apartment.

Sergio and Imelda, the person assigned to help us with cleaning and other needs, were both wonderful! Sergio was very accommodating following changes in flight plans and a last-minute personal issue, and Imelda was very quick to help with cleaning and water jug replacement. The front desk staff was great. We felt safe and secure. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was nice and easy to use. I went to a nearby park with a track and gym equipment on most of the mornings. The beds were large. Good water pressure. Lots of food nearby and easy Uber access. The only drawbacks: 1) There is some street noise from the nearby highway so you may want to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. It didn’t bother me (as I live in NYC) but one of my friends commented on it. 2) The couch, while quite large, is not comfortable. It hurt our backs to sit on it for more than a few minutes. Luckily, we did not need to use the couch much, as there was so much for us to do outside the apartment.
