Great location, but do heed his warnings about the noise. It worked for us, but it might be an issue for others.

We stayed in Sergio’s apartment for about 2 months and had a wonderful stay. Artemio, Pedro and Imelda were great and Sergio was very responsive to anything we needed. The apartment is very spacious and like other reviews noted, you can hear the traffic as it’s on a busy road but we (as well as our friends who visited over time) had no issues sleeping. The location is like a 20 min walk to Polanco and 30 min walk to Juarez, so close (quick in a car without traffic and closer to 30 min with traffic) but not a quick walk. It’s a less touristy neighborhood and felt very safe. Our favorite part of the neighborhood is the ice cream shop, Carmela, that is 2 blocks from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the apartment is great. Fresh flowers are placed in the apartment. The grocery store is nearby, the staff is great. The only two pieces of feedback are that the place needs a deep cleaning. While on the surface things look good, things like the walls and doors could use a wipe down. I was also concerned about the tile in the bathroom. The traffic noise bothered some of the family members that stayed with us; however, the owner did warn us.

El alojamiento de Sergio es excelente. Su ubicación es de primera, está perfectamente limpio y ordenado, la sra Imelda es extraordinaria con sus atenciones. La zona, además, permite trasladarse a todos lados sin problema y está súper ubicada y cercana restaurantes y actividades. El valor precio del alojamiento es inmejorable. Sin duda, una de las mejores opciones para hospedarse en Ciudad de México.

Sergio's apartment was spacious, roomy, very thoughtful attention to detail, in a very safe location. The doormen were very kind and attentive and we really appreciated the cleaning service as well.
