Peaceful place in a residential area, a little far from downtown but definitely worth the price!

*Warning* the photos in the post are not what the units look like. They advertise this beautiful apartment with a round dining table, floating tub, standing glass shower etc. What you will get is a basic looking bathroom with your standard bathtub and shower in 1. No area to sit and eat or work aside from the kitchen island which is not comfortable to eat at or work due to the fact they are metal stools. Their was a massive leak in the building which caused lots of noise late nights and a horrible smell. I contacted concierge and they did nothing about it or even offer to move me to another part of the building. They do not start you with any salt, pepper or oil. I have stayed at many airbnbs and felt that they did not exceed my expectations in any way. My recommendation would be to use accurate photos of what you are going to get when booking.

This location is just as short walk to restaurants and shopping, plus cinema and connected through the neighbourhood by extensive bike/walking trails. Keyless entry to building and unit completely remove the need for key pickup, etc.

I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. It's a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment, clean and modern. If you're on business in Kanata area it's a very convenient location. 10 min to all the tech companies in Kanata. The downsides that I found with this place are: 1- if you plan to cook for yourself, there isn't any cooking essentials in the apartment, e.g. salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee.... This is something that I expected to be available as in all my previous airbnb stays the hosts usually provide for the guests. There are enough pans, pots, plates, etc. available in the apartment though. 2- If you stay longer than 1 or 2 days, be prepared to have your own shampoo, body wash, etc. with you. The host only provides you with only 1 small bottle of shampoo and one small bottle of bodywash (hotel size), which is only enough for 2 uses. If you ask the host for more, they will charge you $25 to refill. So I had to buy my own. Other than these two downsides, I had a good time at this place and will recommend it.
