It's a great place and we'd love to stay there again! Beautiful & fun decor, lots of space. Super easy check in & check out. Great hosts. A few little touches would take it to the next level: they provide combo shampoo & conditioner, but most people with long hair prefer a separate conditioner. The kitchen is a little small and better appointed for making cocktails than full meals. There were no dishtowels in the kitchen. My bed was great; my friends said the mattress in the master was a little soft for their liking. There is WiFi but when 3 of us were all trying to work remotely one morning we kept getting kicked off and ended up using our phones are personal hot spots. Location is good, easily walkable for bars & restaurants and always felt safe. There were 1-3 homeless people on the far corner the whole time- they didn't bother us at all- sadly it's a common problem these days.

John's place was exactly what we hoped it would be and more. He provided clear and timely instructions on accessing the apartment. While it was not inexpensive, it was a value for the area and gave us a super beautiful and comfortable place to relax and commune. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Would highly recommend! Large clean space. Comfortable beds, and great location within walking distance of Rupp Arena.
