Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt neben einer sehr befahrbaren Straße und konnten nur mit Ohropax schlafen.

We stayed two nights, one on the jungle side and one on the rice terrace side. both were outstanding views. The staff made us feel very welcome and cared for. we had originally only booked one night. but had to stay for another. I also love the canopy beds, and the way they set your room up. The included breakfast is great as well.

The hotel was lovely. All the views are absolutely gorgeous (rice field and jungle field views). The breakfast which is included is very abundant and delicious, also the staff at the restaurant is very friendly too. The room was very clean and the bed is very comfortable too. They offer a free shuttle to the center of Ubud (and back to the villas) for guests at the hotel which is very convenient. They have yoga room which is perfect for people who love yoga or meditation. Unfortunately I got sick and needed to stay in the room, the staff made sure my needs were met whenever I ordered something and they even didn’t charge any extra money for the food i ordered to my room since I was sick. They have a driver at the hotel which made it easy for me to be driven to the hospital for an emergency. Overall the stay at B Saya Villa is definitely a recommendation for people who want to visit Ubud.

我入住的是在櫃檯對側的區域（感覺有點荒涼，我比較喜歡主區），很遺憾的是⋯我入住的房間熱水器壞了，已經凌晨了，洗到一半還要淋著雨去櫃檯反應⋯這真的很不舒服。雖然經過一番溝通有幫我們換到主區的另一間房間⋯⋯但還是讓住宿體驗美中不足⋯
