Here the list of issues: 1. Transparent toilet/bathroom doors; no privicy; 2. Useless second floor. And It's not safe if you have a child; 3. We didn't like dim lighting everywhere. 4. The showers does not have a handle (hose). 5. Difficult to get to the house (hills, bad roads), far from Ubud's center. 6. Permanent construction opposite our house with noise of instruments. 7. The Grab taxi doesn't drive in to this villa. We had to go to the main road by walk. 8. The villa is overpriced for us. Stay is very expensive. We had an offer for 32 millions IDR per month. For others it's 22 millions IDR per month; 9. Some strangers some times are passing by near our kitchen and looking inside. There is no feeling of safety, the space is very open. The road where people are walking is before the wall, not behind it; 10. The wardrobes don't have doors. 11. There are always geckos and frogs in your bathroom and in the kitchen. The plates are always in some dust on the surface.

What a wonderful place! The house was actually much bigger than i was expecting, and it had a real calm and homely feeling to it. Perfect location to chill & relax, surrounded by lots of stunning nature — which was great for us. Big thank you to Andrew too for welcoming us, and for all of his advice on what to see in the area! It made our time in Ubud extra special

Absolutely loved our time here. Really big, spacious house with everything that we needed (plus a hot tub!), and even better it was located off a small, quiet road which gave a welcome sense of privacy. Quick and easy to get into the centre of Ubud too which was super convenient. Andrew was a top class host as well, always available and helped us with some great local recommendations. We would definitely come back and stay again next time we're in Bali.

It is amazing house and amazing owner. Much space, everything is super clean and new. Very stylish and simple the same time. Perfect for a family, big company or just for being lonely for a while. Nice place to go for a walk, beautiful nature around. You can burn fire and spend quit peaceful evening watching it. Enough space for doing yoga. A bathtub that you can take under the stars. Beautiful place ✨ Definitely recommend it.
