The apartment is overlooking the entire bay. It is a spacious apartment with balcony and access to the roof terrace. It has two double bedrooms, one of them with way out to the balcony, two bathrooms, a living room with way out to the balcony, a dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic glass cooktop, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining room has a door opening to exterios stairs leading to the roof terrace which is furnished with 4 sun loungers, a table, 4 chairs and a sunshade and offers stunning views over the entire bay. Drac 5 is completely furnished and equipped with SatTV, central heating and internet. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels are of course available. <br>We have recently equipped the bedrooms of Drac 5 with air conditioning. Reservations made from 06.02.2024 have the use of air conditioning included in the price. All bookings made before this date have the option to use air conditioning at an additional cost.<br>It is about 3.5 km to Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and large supermarkets and a popular weekly market.<br><br>The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.
