House was not clean on arrival. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and laundry was still in the dryer. Windows and doors were not operational and two windows upstairs were left open without any way of closing. Garbage from previous renter was under beds in two rooms. View was great and hot tub was nice. House could use some tlc.

The view and location was worth it. Not an updated house and is run down a bit but you can't get the view and location for this price anywhere else. During our stay we noticed some water damage that clearly had been there a long time, trim flew off in the wind, coffee pot was broken. All addressed but not updated. Driveway so small, we had to park sideways and have 1 car in the garage. I would be shocked to see 4 cars parked there like they advertised. Last downfall is the 10am checkout time. Would be nice to have had the typical 11am to get that extra hour. We tried asking for just an extra hour but working the Vacasa, even though always responsive, there's just no flexibility on their end. Most places have 11am checkouts and 4pm check in so I felt my request was reasonable. Vacasa only offers a late checkout of 2pm for an additional cost. Mind you they were not able to give that to us either, but my point is I didn't need 4 extra hours. Still a successful family girls trip and fun

Beautiful view. Love the room set ups and lots to do if you just want to stay in and relax.
