This house is a tear down,and either needs to be rebuilt or totally renovated. If you’re looking for a clean unit with modern amenities, this is not the one for you. The best part of the house is it’s ocean front location. Based on the previous negative comments, nothing has changed. We’re staying at another beach next Thanksgiving.

I would NOT recommend this home unless you only want a beautiful view. The home is very outdated and in need of a renovation. Our A/C did not work for 3 1/2 days. The microwave did not work. The carpeting throughout the home is soiled, dirty and stained. The sofas are dirty, old and the cushions are torn and the stuffing is coming out. All the mattress in all the beds are rock hard. Many light fixtures did not work and two ceiling fans also did not work. It is 100% NOT worth the money we paid. The home is also next to a public beach entrance which makes it very crowded.

This house is in a GREAT location, very clean, linens individually wrapped and clean, washer and dryer new, refrigerator very clean, very comfortable house.

The convenience of this house to the beach can’t be beat! That said, it is right next to a public beach access so it is more crowded than we expected. However we still had a great stay. The only other complaint I would note is that some of the beds were rock hard. Overall I would definitely recommend this house and we will likely come back.
