This tiny home was so cute and just perfect for us. We were visiting our son who attends Lyon College. We have grown kids, but the upstairs loft was perfect for them! My daughter who is 18 actually asked if we could stay there the next time we came! Everything was as described, it was easy to find, and they even had snacks and drinks for us! The mattress in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud, totally need to know what kind it was. The only knock I have is the tv is setup to cast from a device only, at least I couldn't figure out how to do anything else..... It was not worth contacting the owners about, we weren't there enough to really need it other than going to sleep. Could't get stuff to load properly and kept buffering. Again, needed to be asleep anyways! We will just bring our Roku next time! Again, this will NOT keep us from booking this place again! 10 stars rating from us! As my daughter would say, Chef's Kiss!

Our stay at this charming tiny home was fantastic! We were welcomed with hospitality by the owners who clearly care about making this place special. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. The space was utilized efficiently with thoughtful touches throughout. From the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the large yard where we set up our lawn chairs for a great view of the solar eclipse. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for space with hosts who truly care about your experience, look no further.

Alicia and Noah are wonderful people always responsive if you need anything and very helpful and The tiny house they host is beautiful it's clean its so peaceful I really recommend it to anyone coming to Batesville Ar, it's a 10 out of 10 for us please don't hesitate to book this tiny house it has all you need it's amazing !!!
