This house is great!! It’s spacious, has three full bedrooms including a “kids room” with two sing trundle beds, four bathrooms and a convenient shower just off the garage to ride off after the beach. The location is very convenient - minutes away from La Jolla Cove and about a 7 minute walk to the beach. There is also a great local market and coffee shop within walking distance. Phyllis is an great host, very responsive and attentive. I had asked about a table in the garden before we booked. She responded that there was no table, but the next day she sent her gardener to set up a patio table with chairs to make it more comfortable for us. We also had beautiful flowers waiting for us on the kitchen table when we checked in. It was a beautiful extra touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Phyliss was a fantastic host very responsive to every need and the home was perfect for beach vacation - definitely will stay again! Beautiful, convenient and well maintained and the communication was great!!!

I stayed at Phyllis' house with my husband and baby while visiting family. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach and many places within walking distance. The house has everything we could have asked for- the kitchen is well stocked, the house was immaculately clean, there were tons of towels, comfortable beds, driveway with parking, beautiful yard with gardens, and a hot tub. There is plenty of space- even more than we needed! Phyllis was extremely accommodating, including providing a high chair and a pack-n-play for my baby, and responded to any questions I had immediately. She even had a nice welcome packet and a jar of honey waiting for us when we arrived :) We would love to come back for another visit in the future and would highly recommend to anyone else!

This Wind and Sea property is charming, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better with all our favorite spots within walking distance. This Superhost really is a superhost. Makes getting in and out easy and responds quickly to any questions. Will definitely rebook this property!
