1. Babu kept barging into our apartment without knocking. The 1st 2 times were shocking. The other times, we’d luckily locked the door - he just stood there banging and trying to push open the door. I felt unsafe and had to send my dad away earlier than planned. I then moved into a relatives house. 2. The objective of this trip was family time. But he sat with us during breakfast forcing his company on us. We couldn’t eat in peace - we had to keep looking at his phone at images from his daughter’s social media. 3. There is no 3rd bedroom. Instead they’ve placed a cot in the dining area. Can’t eat indoors. You have to go to the terrace and eat in the open air. My dad found it really hard. The mosquitoes ate us alive. 4. The kitchen is open and outside. No proper way to dispose trash. The bins have no covers. Add a stray cat to the mix. Yuck! 5. No TV in the living room. Misleading photo on the site. 6. He kept harassing me to take a photo. WHY? And he wanted my personal info. Creepy!!

If you are looking for a nice, clean place at Thrissur that is close to the town, railway station etc., this is the place. The host and his family are amazing. The rooms are spacious. The dining area outside is lovely and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. Throughout our stay, Mr Babu treated us like family. Thank you for hosting us.
