Lavender (ref 28868, set on the first floor above the owner’s accommodation) is accessed through the main reception, and Laurel (ref 28863) and Chestnut (ref 28866) are comfortable two-storey properties, and all the properties accept pets, apart from Lavender (ref 28868). The ‘English Riviera’ is famous for its mild climate and is ideal for year-round breaks. Torquay, with its many amenities is only 2 miles away. There are 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves, beaches and walks with opportunities for surfing, swimming, diving, sailing and angling. Oddicombe Beach can be reached by foot down a very steep, wooded lane, or choose a more gentle ascent on the historic Babbacombe Cliff Railway. One of only a few original working funicular railways, the Babbacombe Cliff Railway has been transporting visitors up and down the 240 foot cliff-face since 1926. A short stroll from Oddicombe Beach leads to Babbacombe Beach and a pub. Nearby, visit the Babbacombe Model Village. Exeter and Plymouth are within an easy drive.
