Just back from what I can only describe as the most relaxing peaceful week we’ve had in the past 10 yrs. we’ve stayed in several properties in Pooley Bridge over the years, but this must be the best so far. No noise no street lights, just peace & quiet. The cottage was a home from home. Amanda & Nigel were excellent hosts. Even allowing our 5yr old granddaughter to look around the farm & see the new born lambs. We were home less than an hour before we re-booked for later in the year. Short walk into PB either on main road (not too busy) or over the back field. You won’t be disappointed

Loved Mill Cottage. Very comfortable and welcoming. Hosts Amanda and Nigel were perfect hosts. Fresh flowers , milk and scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Can’t wait to return.

Pooley Bridge was a perfect location for travelling around the Lake District. The house was perfect for our needs. Very well equipped and we didn’t want for anything. The whole operation was very well organised with lovely welcoming touches.
