We loved the place... Good accomodation, amaaaaazing views to the beautiful different shape of blue coloured sea, palm trees on the viewpoint (always nice to have as a view... palmtrees), nice big swimming pool, good clean bright accomodation which you can shut off completely with the shutters at night.. As we are very allergic to dust and other stuff, we had some allergic reactions upon arrival... after mentioning it to Jerome however, it was dealt with professionally. That is the most important thing... Will I go back to Sint Maarten ? Yes... Would I book this place again ? Yes...

We really enjoyed our stay. We had rented a car and the place was easy to find with the help of our GPS. This is not an area where we saw people walking, so we used the car to even go to the very near local convenient store where they have delicious croissants. The views from the main living area and the outside dinning area are beautiful. The fenced pool is well maintained and clean. It definitely adds to the value of the villa. We had a great relaxing time and we recommend it.

The place was very nice .. it was exactly as described in the post. The welcome drink was a nice tough and much appreciated. The kitchen is fully outfitted which was nice for our family of 7. We had a couple of issues that were handled very promptly by the manager. There are a few things that we believe would add value to our property. Providing more basics essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels dishwashing soap and maybe a few laundry pods would go along way to making people feel more at home and getting a better value for your money. I would also suggest you invest in some beach chairs and possibly a cooler that your guest could use when they go to some beaches where chairs can’t be rented. We had a lovely holiday and felt very safe in your neighbourhood.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est au calme, la vue est belle. Il faut une voiture, mais très bien situé avec un shop à proximité, ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine, car il y a une partie peu profonde. Il y a un escalier dans le logement, sans barrière de sécurité. Pour les enfants, il y avait un lit pliable bébé déja installé, ainsi qu'une chaise haute. Très beau séjour.
