I cannot express enough how amazing our stay was. The host, Luca, is everything you would desire from a host. Quick to respond to messages, apartment was prepared properly for the 3 people traveling, and he provided local recommendations for travel. The apartment and location is also top notch. The view from the top is well worth the stair climbing (note: 4 flights to get to the apartment + 1 more flight up to the top patio). Check in/out was very simple. And a nice shower was a plus. I would will absolutely attempt to stay here and recommend it to friends if the dates are available!

Loved the appartment. We have stayed in that neighborhood several times before but this location was perfect. Close to everything but quiet at night. The upper deck and the views are spectacular. We loved sitting up there with our morning coffee. Luca was a great host. He is very responsive.

We stayed at Luca’s place with our family of 5. We enjoyed the flat very much. Ideally located and very functional. We loved our breakfasts on the roof terrace with the Rome morning sun

It’s a great location. Walkable to most stuff and very nice neighborhood. Very good bakery and the best Gelato place is right there.

Luca's apartment is a real gem. It is in a fantastic location, walkable to many interesting locations and wonderful restaurants. Being on the top floor affords a great view from the very comfortable balcony. Great airflow throughout the apartment. Very comfortable accommodations. Luca is the perfect host. He was so helpful and easy to reach. Very proactive and very professional. We would happily return here for any stay in Rome.
