This is a beautiful, rustic property in a superb location. It had all the facilities we needed for a party of 9 adults and 2 young children and the pool and outdoor dining facilities were used every day and were excellent. Francesco was extremely welcoming and helpful and even greeted us with some pizza and bubbles! If you want a really relaxing holiday in a wonderful location this is for you.

One of our favorite Airbnb stays so far and we stayed at many. Location is tucked away and very private. Owner is the nicest guy… he did so many things to make our stay amazing. He cleaned the pool at least once while we were there.. it was always so clean! He also aired up our lounge tubes we left at the pool for us… we had an issue with one of the rooms not getting internet and he called his internet guy and fixed it… even though we told him it was no problem. We used the outdoor pizza oven and asked where we could get wood… he ran out and chopped some for us… the list goes on. Stay here and you will love it! You really can’t ask for a more lovely place with a an amazing owner.

This is a beautiful house in a secluded but idyllic part of Italy. The hosts, particularly Francesco, were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay and were always on hand at short notice whilst very much respecting our privacy. My 9 friends and I would gladly stay here again, thanks very much!

Me and 11 of my good friends spent the most wonderful time in Francescos house. This beautiful property offers everything we needed, a great panorama view of the Umbrian landscape, a cozy and traditional interior, plenty of space for reading, cooking, chatting, and the most used places of all - the pool, the outdoor kitchen and the pizza oven ! Even though the house is located in the countryside, you have a lot of activities and fascinating places to visit. A car is definitely recommended! When we arrived Francesco showed us the hole property and all functions of the house/pool/pizza oven. He gave us a lot of recommendation of what to see and visit in the area, which was also found in his recommendation folder. For any questions Francesco was available and very helpful. We won’t forget this great stay at Casa Umbria and hope to return at one point Thank you for that memory!
