FURNISHED! Beautifully maintained and updated 1947 mid-century home close to desirable shops and restaurants on South Broadway. The beautiful, light filled, fully landscaped, oversized double lot features a covered patio, deck for entertaining, green grass lawn, and a HOT TUB for those chilly Colorado evenings. Head inside and enjoy the modern amenities of an updated kitchen with granite countertops, new A/C unit, luxurious spa-like bathrooms (re-done in 2022) and comfy furniture.

John is a great host. His place was exactly what we were looking for to accommodate our stay in Denver. He was accommodating to extending our stay when our plans changed. John quickly responded to any questions we had and made sure we could contact him as necessary. The information packet was very helpful and easy to follow.

John’s place was great for our 5 week stay. Most beautiful back yard of any Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Well stocked kitchen. Two beautiful bathrooms. Great location with easy access to everywhere we needed to go.
