Derek was a fantastic host who was extremely responsive to messages during our stay. The house was beautiful and well kept. Welcome guide included lots of nearby places to eat, visit, and shop at. Cabinets were well stocked which was nice as we didn't have to buy much spices etc to cook with. Weather was perfect during our stay so the outside patio area and hottub was our favorite place. Overall an excellent stay!

Derek was a great host and his house was amazing. House is great, close to downtown, all suburbs, hiking and great breweries.

Place is as described/pictured. Derek is super responsive/helpful. Comfortable living/dining/kitchen area. The place felt clean. I appreciate the easy keypad for entry/exit. Hot tub is nice. Nice to have laundry. Nice to have TV with Roku. Kitchen is decently stocked in terms of cooking gear and basics like salt, olive oil, ketchup, coffee, etc. Plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. It was too cold for us to use the outside area but it seemed nice. Easy to drive to grocery store, Starbucks, etc. but not a very exciting neighborhood--just a basic, quiet residential area. We drove to a Platt River to go running. All the outings we did with kids were about 20-35 minutes away. Bathrooms are pretty small and a little dark. Could use more places to hang wet towels. 3 out of 4 beds are quite firm so you have to like that style.

Really nice house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Derek was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay and leading up to it!

My family and I stayed at Derek’s place because it was close to Swedish Medical Center where I was having surgery. Derek was very kind to let us check in early with little kids. The place had a great backyard for our toddler to play in. It was also walking distance to a great park! The fox den was exactly what we needed for our trip to Denver.
