The patio and pool are amazing! The pool is open mid-May until end of September. Swimming and the ambience on the back patio sitting by the pool is great! On the first level, it has beautiful hardwood floors throughout which is complimented by tons of natural light. The layout includes a fully stocked kitchen with island (Vitamix and Champion juicer upon request), a large open living room with opposing couches, a dining room, an entertainment room with a 55” smart TV (antenna provides 50+ channels) (free Netflix and AppleTV), a master bedroom with a brand-new Stearns and Foster Luxury Estate mattress, and a full bathroom. 100% luxury cotton and a choice of real down comforters incl. summer and winter down, quilts or hypoallergenic polyester comforters. Lots of different pillows to choose from (thin, medium, firm, thick and foam). We also offer per request mattress toppers that are 2 inch medical foam for a super soft mattress feel. Downstairs a large entertainment room with board games and a vintage foosball table, a private guest bedroom with a Queen size bed with a super comfortable medical mattress topper, a full bathroom and a large laundry room. The downstairs home office has a modern desk with Herman Miller office chair, (big screen monitor upon request), plus one electronic standup desk. The office has high-speed WiFi internet. My grandson is just under 2 years, so I have a kids room and lots of infant and toddler equipment upon request. Just let me know. (Stroller, High chair, Pack n Play, Baby cradle, bassinet, toys etc.) Each floor is 1200 sq.ft, with the entire house adding to 2400 sq.ft. The neighborhood has lots to offer - all within a 5 minute radius: Water park (Pirates' cove), miniature golf, public golf course, rec center, dog parks, bike and walking trails from Littleton to Denver, public libraries, parks and lakes, The Kidsdig (sand play place), toddler and larger playgrounds, petting zoo, museum of natural history, and The SnöBahn.
