Beautiful place we had a lovely family holiday. Liza was such a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely return

From the moment we got there Liza was rude and used inappropriate language towards us. We played music inside the house as per the house rules which was a problem (house rules state that we can play music inside after 22h00) On Sat we were asked to turn down the music around lunch time - again the music was played inside the house. We had family members that visited and we disclosed this to Liza who told us on arrival that not more than 20 people allowed. On Sat Liza then switched the power off and lied to us it was a power failure in the area and then she insisted on us paying additional fees for the visitors We were then told to vacate the premises even after the owner Anke confirmed we could stay the night. Liza exact words was that "'we dont trust you people" - we were treated like common criminals and escorted out the house by armed security guards We had kids we us and they are traumatized by this event and the racist behavior by Liza . Please stay away from this place!!!
