Our group of 6 six adults had a wonderful stay at Villa Kandia. The villa is super comfortable and in an amazing location. We loved spending the warm afternoons by the pool and watching the sunsetting from the outdoor balcony. With lots of different spaces to have some quiet time, the villa is perfect for a few couples or perhaps two families. An easy walk into the village, but a steep walk home - manageable, but certainly tested our fitness! Our hosts were wonderful and only a quick question away! We would highly recommend and we are very sorry we had to leave. Already planning our next visit!
6 of us stayed at Villa Kandia and we were comfortable with lots of space. The villa is up quite a steep hill which is both accessible by car and walkable if you’re reasonably fit but does mean the views are great and the location quiet The beds are a tad hard but Maria did provide an extra mattress topper on request. The main floor kitchen is pretty well equipped but a bit compact and living area is very usable for 6 people. We didn’t use the lower floor kitchen but it seemed more limited. We didn’t use the pool much but is pretty well laid out and perfectly adequate for a small group. All in all, a good place to stay for a couple of families or 6-8 adults and in a very pleasant resort

Beautiful villa for a large group! The location, view and pool were great. Air conditioning in every bedroom, and an easy walk to town.
The view is incredible, the outside space is great for a large family, the location is just perfect and I think the best on the island, the local restaurants are lovely with beautiful views and right along the port, the local beach is picturesque and the location is perfect to visit the beautiful north. Maria and Anna were both very responsive and helpful. We received great tips and visited the best spots as a result. The house itself inside is in need of some TLC and we recommend a few of the mattresses are replaced, however the layout of the house and the exceptional view made up for it.

Located in a very special spot with breathtaking sea views, a few min from the village center and the crystal clear waters of Agia Efimia, still in a tranquil and private area, my villa can offer hours of relaxation and happy family moments.
