This house had a great location; lots of beach for the kids to play on, plenty of sand and water toys. The deck wasn’t too high and had a gate. The house was clean with just a few exceptions. The air return vent in the living room was thick with dust and the vent in the small bathroom had mold growing around it. The house was large enough for our multigenerational family vacation but it needed some updates. The railing was loose on the street side, there was an old satellite dish mount that was rusty and protruding from the lower deck, and the handle to one of the bedrooms fell off in our hand when we tried to open the door. That same bedroom smelled so strongly of bug spray that we couldn’t use it until the last night of our 5 night vacation. The kitchen was clean and well equipped,bathrooms were clean and had a very generous supply of towels, the linens were clean and fresh. Overall, we had a good time that could have been better if the house had been better maintained.
