Loved the house! Great layout for multiple families…plunge pool was awesome!!! I want one at our Ohio home! Dauphin island is great if you like quiet lil beach towns! Can’t wait to return in the spring!

We loved this house! We had so much room, beds were comfortable, the pool was so nice on a hot day, and while the house is not directly across from beach access, it is not a long walk. We would often drive our things down if it was too much to carry. Dauphin Island is a wonderful neighborhood! People were so friendly! And while you don’t have lots of eating out options or big tourist draws, you get the feel of a happy, relaxing vacation in a small safe community.

Rented this home for the heated pool and location. Pool never worked properly and after contacting the host business, no partial refund or any offer was made to make it right. Two “service” people were called to the home about the pool, but neither were “capable” of correcting the issue. The door knobs were so loose I was concerned they may fall off entirely. The felt on the pool table desperately needs replacement. Aside from those frustrations, the interior of the home was cleaned well enough; the furniture was comfortable; there is ample cookware and dishes; and there is plenty of space to spread out. Check in and check out were simple enough. If repairs are made to the issues mentioned above, this would be a great place. Check out Pirates Bar and Grill if you’re planning a trip. Phenomenal food and service!

We had a great time! You can see for miles from the roof deck and the deck pool is very refreshing! We were worried about staying across the street from the gulf but were pleasantly surprised at how short of a walk it was to the beach. The house is very nice and comfortable and the adult kids enjoyed the game room. We will definitely be going back on future vacations!
