A estadia no Flat da Maria Eduarda é um sonho que inicia desde o 1º contato na Pré-Reserva. Ela e o Rodrigo são uma doçura no trato e dicas. O Flat é lindo, ótimo tamanho, super equipado, decoração de muito bom gosto e com a vista mais exuberante deste pedacinho da orla. O atendimento dos “meninos” da recepção e a limpeza e gentileza das camareiras é indescritível. Vamos voltar com certeza, pois com a hospedagem no Flat da Maria Eduarda o Rio de Janeiro CONTINUA E FICA MUITO MAIS LINDO.

Maria and Rodrigo were extremely helpful and responsive! Even when Maria was unavailable, any issues we had were dealt with promptly and Rodrigo was quick to respond to our requests, questions and queries anout everything and anything! Super friendly hosts with great recommendations of things to do in Rio! The view frol the apartment was great and we were in walking distance of the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rio!

Really enjoyed Maria's apartment. Leblon is a safe neighborhood. We could get to business meetings easily as well as had a 2 block walk to the beach. There's shops downstairs and in a nearby mall as well as some top restaurants not far away in Ipanema. The unit is in the 25th floor with breathtaking views of Leblon beach and the Atlantic. If you are looking to use the fitness center note there is one in the building that must be reserved in advance. The gym equipment is a little dated however there are other gyms with day pass access nearby. We didn't use the pool because you can just sit at Leblon beach all day. The daily cleaning service was great. Overall loved the place and the area and will be back. Muito obrigado, Maria!

Maria Eduarda is extremely nice, thoughtful and available. The place is great with an amazing view and perfect location. She allowed me to check out a bit later as my flight was late at night and recommended several places/tours/restaurants around rio. Highly recommended stay and i ll def go back!
