We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was nice and peaceful and Mrs. Joyce was so easy to talk to and communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place if looking for a nice quiet stay but still not too far from the city if having to travel back and forth!

We traveled to Texas to see the eclipse and despite predictions of bad weather, we had a perfect view. Joyce and Ernie were friendly and helpful and we loved meeting their horses and dog.

Definitely Recommend! If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful, homey place to stay and rest at, that is away from the business of the city but still near a lot of the fun attractions on central Texas, this is the perfect place!
