Nestled in a tranquil gated community in Peoria, Arizona, Nathan's casita offered a peaceful retreat with all the amenities one could need. The clean and tastefully decorated space provided a comfortable stay, with thoughtful touches like extra blankets and high-speed internet. Despite a minor issue with the instructions (partially my fault for not fully reading), Nathan was incredibly responsive and resolved it promptly. The location was convenient for exploring the area. Nathan communicated promptly with questions before booking but never responded to my question on the day of check-in. It’s okay to say, “no that is not possible.” I would have liked to drop off my luggage as I did with another Casita. Also, it’s sad that there was no greeting. Every trip I have taken through Europe and the Middle East have greeted us in person and provided some extra useful suggestions. The property was excellent, clean, and in a gated subdivision. It was comfortable and had all of the amenities you expect. I recommend staying there especially if you don’t mind a lack of friendliness.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was my second time staying here. The casita is in a very convenient location for visiting family nearby. The casita is very nice and well appointed and is a great value as compared to hotels in the area. The host is very friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend.
