Our host was responsive from the beginning to end and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for four. The pool area was clean and well furnished and the gardens were beautiful with various quiet seating spots and an outdoor kitchen. Carmela arranged for our transfer from the port and we used the same taxi for all our trips after that. Would love to return to this accommodation. It was perfect for us . Edel.

Struttura davvero spettacolare, sono disponibili diversi appartamenti e alcune aree comuni che vale la pena sfruttare, soprattutto l'area piscina e la cucina all'aperto con barbecue. Il panorama che dà su Napoli è semplicemente meraviglioso. Carmela è stata molto gentile, fornendoci tutte le informazioni del caso e alcuni consigli utili.

Od začátku do konce byla P. Carmella vstřícná . Vše popsala i když jsme do ubytování dorazili po tmě , tak jsme našli . Napsala nám rady k okoli , dopravu, restauraci …Výhled , nádherná udržovaná zahrada, bazén a klid . Více jsme nepotřebovali. Do ubytování se dostanete krásnou procházkou do kopce asi 20 min. Jinak busem c.6 na konečnou a cca. 500 m z kopce dolů. Ubytování doporučuji a Carmelle děkuji

From June 18 to 29 we spent our holidays in Pastorano and were very, very satisfied (read our review) but on June 29 we went to Ischia for the second part of our holidays and problems started almost immediately: the apartments were actually worse than described in the announcement, dirty edging and floor in the shower, problems with water pressure in the bathroom and in the kitchen, in the kitchen not enaugh a lot of little things for cooking, the door to one of the bedrooms was damaged by the previous guests , there were no normal clothes hangers in the closet, in the bathroom at all there were no shelves for 4 adults to leave their toiletries in the bathroom. We wrote to the hostess all our claims, she herself did not come, but in the morning she sent her mother who did not speak English at all! we tried to explain to her, it took time, because of this, the plans for the day out of just 7 days of vacation changed. As a result, the water was made only three days later, the plumber fiddled with the faucet in the bathroom for half a day, we were forced to change plans again. The door to the bedroom was never repaired, they brought us a cutting board to the kitchen, the only and very dirty that we cleaned it of dirt for a long time so that we could use it. The pool is used by guests from all apartments rented by the owner, the pool is small, and despite this, the owner and her family use it, which reduces the ability of guests to swim in the pool they paid for. The hostess's son once celebrated his birthday and brought five of his friends (16-17 years old) to the pool, they behaved arrogantly in autumn, budded the entire area around the pool and the pool itself, made noise, interfered with the guests, in the morning there was a lot of dirt that they naturally not removed. At the barbecue house. the refrigerator is smoldering and there we kept our water for drinking, out of 12 bottles the son of the hostess and friends stole 7 of them , we had to go in the morning and buy water as we were going for a walk in the mountains. I have never had a worse vacation for such a big of money. Rude and disrespectful to guests! I demand to consider my complaint and demand compensation! because if a person earns money by renting apartments to people for a lot of money, then the apartment should be carefully prepared and properly repaired that which does not function or functions poorly by the arrival of guests, guests should not be uncomfortable with this. the hostess knew about the problems but did not fix them by our arrival, and out of our 7 paid days we should have experienced inconvenience, this should not be

La casa è perfetta. Ottima locazione, molto pulita, piscina e tanti lettini! Carmela è stata super aiutante, ci ha aiutato a prenotare il lido , il ristorante, il taxi etc… l’unica pecca e che è avremmo voluto stare più tempo!! Grazie Carmela, torneremo presto!!!
