I am an Old Sherwoodian , being associated with this beautiful tag gives me immense satisfaction and I feel honoured for this , all credit goes to Mr. D R A Mountford (our principal then)who sincerely dedicated his life for enhancing and keeping the tradition of Sherwood alive. Living in a hilly country side had always been my passion , breathing fresh air , listening to the chirping of amazing and rare species of magnificent birds , the warm sunny mornings and staying away from pollution and noisy towns ,waking up in the midst of nature and enjoying the quietness of scenic cool nights is a heavenly experience , I feel lucky to get an opportunity to fulfill my dream and passion in making this place with the immense support of a charming boy Deepak Kumar resident of Bhowali who is also my best friend without his support it would never have been possible . As a businessman and a traveller visiting and staying in Scandanavian countries for my business always inspired me to build a log home with a touch of marine theme and also a homestay where I could serve my guests with all my heart and provide comfort and privacy of a second home which I expected and experienced wherever I stayed in Scandanavia.
