Loved our time at Nitya bungalow….great quiet and secured space with all amenities and close to nature. Loved our walk early morning in the neighborhood and time playing badminton and table tennis within the house.

Very spacious , neat , clean hygienic rooms , bathrooms and kitchen. Nice place to relax , placed in a well secured tourism area Venkateshwar nagar , close to hill , one can walk down cross the road . Food service you have to manage on your own though mr Vitthal ( caretaker) will suggest a restaurant that can get food at the Bunglow, which was costly , but decent food ( upma, veg pulao, parathas , poha we’re really good, South Indian stuff wasn’t fresh) . Nearby nursery and hills , blue sky and most importantly beautiful bhavli damn ( 2kms) make it a worthwhile weekend trip for a family ( both small and large)

We had booked this place for the long weekend of good friday for family. The place is very close to the centre. Must be about 5-7 mins drive from Manas Resort. There are no sign boards so took us a few mins to figure out the exact location of the bungalow. The bungalow in itself is quite spacious for a big group. The lawn is also beautiful to sit and sip a cup of tea in the evening which we made the max use of. One big disappointment though was inaccurate mention of AC. The place has 3 bedrooms and 2 livings rooms. However air condition was available only in 2 bedrooms which was very inconvenient especially in a month like April. Also I’d suggest not to get anything made by the cook as it is more expensive than a 5 star resort. We were not aware so we requested for breakfast of aloo paratha and were charged Rs. 160 for 1 aloo paratha each which is absurd for a home cooked meal. Unless you plan to cook yourselves, there are 2 resorts nearby which allow walk-in dining which had decent food. All in all a good stay option minus the air condition and the expensive food charged.

We had an excellent stay at the bungalow. It was cleaned very well and had everything we needed. The table tennis table was especially fun for us because a lot of us play. Would definitely visit again.

good location, bedroom downstairs bed were not up mark compared to first floor. it has bugs n dust. first floor was very nice n clean. would advice to have food from the nearby resort restaurant instead of the arrangement made by the caretaker which is not value for money. South Indian breakfast provided by the host was however yummy. all amenities very thoughtfully kept for guests. otherwise it was lovely place n we enjoyed it. radhika was an extremely pleasant host and ensured that we were comfortable. nearby Dam n Waterfall are the main attraction.
