A very nice and spacious house for group stays. The hot tub and snooker room are great spaces to enjoy and the bedrooms are all good sizes and comfortable a remote location but only a 45 minutes taxi to the centre of Birmingham and very close to Stratford. A lovely place.

We hired this beautiful house just outside Stratford-upon-Avon for a weekend stay for 14. The house exceeded our expectations, set in lovely countryside surroundings and featuring a snooker table and hot tub that was ideal for our group. Jane was very helpful prior to our arrival with plenty of communication and helpful emails. Upon arrival as we were running slightly late we were able to check in over the phone and go over the essentials. Although we didn’t need to contact our hosts again I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble if we did need to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the house to anyone considering accommodation in the area for a group of that size and if we are ever in the vicinity again we would definitely book again.

Signage on the main road insufficient and outside area needs better maintenance. Other than that a lovely house and perfect for families

Arden Hill Farm is a large well equipped house ideally suited to family gatherings. It's a good location for visiting Stratford and all its Shakespeare associations. There are also attractions for younger family members, eg play areas. There are good eating places nearby, but the house is fully set up for self catering.

Great big home for a family getaway. Ideal for several families with small children to use as a weekend meetup.
