Our beautiful one bedroom cottage is situated on a 1 acre block in a semi rural location. The Little House is located about 50m from our family home, where we live with our 5 children and pet dog. We are located only 5 km from Penrith Whitewater Stadium and 6km from Sydney International Regatta Centre, Nepean Public & Private Hospitals. The Little House is ready to be your home away from home! We have a fully equipped kitchen including microwave; dishwasher; oven; kettle; fridge/freezer; cooking utensils; bakeware; and glasses/crockery/cutlery for 4 people. The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with plush mattress, fresh white linen, blankets and a wide selection of pillows. There is also a large walk in wardrobe and access to the bathroom from the bedroom. The living dining area includes a comfortable couch and armchair; large screen TV; Blu-ray player; dining setting for 4 and a double wall-bed/Murphy bed with plush mattress, fresh white linen; blankets and pillows.
