It’s a cute small place with charm. The lake view from the bedrooms was wonderful. I was not quite aware the bedrooms are joined. It’s okay for a family with small children. The mattress and TV needs improvement. I ended up having my 5-year-old niece for Easter weekend. It was a perfect spot for an Easter egg hunt and for the dog to run and chase a duck lol. Overall, I really liked the spot. Plenty of room to park boat and trailer. Would be curious to rent the larger house they have next door another time. If you had a large party, you could rent both houses.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Amelia's property in Clearlake. Everything was as advertised. It's a serene location right on the lake shore with a completely new dock and wonderful green area to relax while gazing at the lake. The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Well worth the trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Great place to stay for a few days while in the area. The grassy areas feel private and relaxing to walk on and go to the dock to watch the birds and fish. Relaxing and enjoyable.

This was perfect for our young family and dog! Lots of space and affordable. We were there in august and we just wish the bedrooms could have cooled down a bit more but the AC in the living room was great! Nice/ Lucerne isn’t the best area but Lakeport and Kelseyville are both really nice and not too far of a drive. The property itself has all you need though: games kayaks grill etc, so no need to leave. Amelia was such a responsive host! Thank you!!!

This was a great place for a restful weekend! The AC unit worked like a charm, and the full kitchen was so useful to have. The backyard and general yard was amazing for our pup to run around and explore. We were sharing the lot with another renter- which was discussed prior to our arrival, and was greatly appreciated (in case they weren’t dog people!). I didn’t do much research on swimming in clear lake + got many mix reviews if it was okay by locals as we stayed throughout the weekend—I’d just recommend looking into it and deciding what you are comfortable with! The hosts were amazing and always a call away, and so so friendly and warm.
