Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This home located on Clearlake is the perfect getaway for you & your family & friends. It features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath & all the amenities you will need. The kitchen is newly remodeled & fully stocked with the tools needed for cooking your favorite meal. You can also BBQ on the deck while watching the most beautiful sunset in northern California. 2 fire pits, a hot tub and access to the lake, this home is all you'll ever need on vacation! Incredible view and would be even more awesome in the summer. Fireplace in house is inoperable and the photos show logs in it (I don’t think listing says inoperable). Otherwise it’s great and owner really good communicator.

There is plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas. Hiking, boating, water activities, kayaking and much more. Please keep in mind that Clearlake is a natural lake with a natural algae cycle that varies throughout the summer. Also, being on the lake it is normal to have bugs, spiders, lizards, beautiful birds, and ducks which is part of living on the lake and enjoying the other wonders of it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway and the gravel on the front yard. There is a launch ramp nearby at Laurel Park. Plenty of restaurants, parks, bars and water sports.
