Spotless, quaint and very private. Other then the water smelling bad from all the faucets the 1st day (went away day two and on) it was great. Thanks for allowing us to have a relaxing weekend.

This house is right on the water. It was a quiet location with great views. Dog friendly for well behaved dogs, the dog park is literally across the street. It was nice for the four legged to have a great vacation too. The house is well maintained and well stocked. I would stay here again.

My family stayed here for a long weekend during a heatwave to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. Kitchen was great and we cooked all of our meals there - plenty of dishes and pantry basics were supplied and made it easy to cook and eat. The room I was in had a comfortable bed and excellent blackout curtains reduced both light and noise. I had a bit of trouble figuring out the “smart thermostat” and it kept turning hotter after I set it to cold. Ultimately my sister had to figure this out. Also every time I took a shower the water completely shut off after a few minutes, but turned back on after 30-45 seconds of no water. No idea what caused this, but it ultimately didn’t bother me as long as the water came back on, which it did. Lake water levels were up, but water is not swimmable. Ask about renting the pedal kayaks - that was a huge hit, as was birdwatching and just chilling on the back deck area. Bring bug repellent. Hosts were responsive and I would stay again. Thanks!

We had a wonderful week at the lake! Kipper and Billy were always helpful and super quick to respond to any questions. The house and property were really comfortable and relaxing. We've stayed at a bunch of different places at Clear Lake and this might be our favorite. There is no dock, but there are steps directly into the lake from the huge patio and there's a little gravel "beach" where you (or your dog) can walk in. We (and our dog) LOVED it!! The kitchen is well appointed and big enough for 2 people to work in it at the same time. And the living room was big enough to accommodate our 4 adults and 2 college aged kids. I was a little worried about feeling too remote (compared to staying in Lakeport), but there's a great grocery store a couple of minutes away and it's walking distance from the Boathouse Bar and Grill which was perfect for an afternoon beer on their deck! And Lakeport is only 13 minutes away. Rent with confidence!
