Wonderful location! The property is on the lake with a private dock. Beautiful scenery, wildlife, and sunsets. The house is a little dated but that’s not an issue as the outside is so gorgeous you’ll want to maximize your time outdoors.

What a fun location! Our group really enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake, sunsets and, oh man, the WILDLIFE! While we were there we got to see ducks, fish jumping, pelicans, otter, turkey vultures, a great blue heron, and even a mink. At dusk there were twinkle lights on the pier that came on automatically adding great ambiance. To top it all off the hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. The pillows were super comfortable memory foam, beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, towels were fluffy and everything was impeccably clean. There were so many remarkably well-preserved elements in the house that were really fun to see. Just down the road we had delicious fish tacos at the Boathouse Cafe, but the big hit were some pudding parfait cups, of all things, from the deli section at the nearby Mar-Val grocery store. YUM! On the way out of town we stopped by the casino and won $100 in about 5 minutes on the slot machines. So fun! The ladies and I would all stay at Dale's place again.

The place was perfect for my group. Although we came in the summer during low tides, we were still able to enjoy the home. The house was spacious enough for my group of 9. We enjoyed BBQing outside and bird watching (beautiful scenery.) This place was very close to other lakes, casinos, and wineries.
