El lugar es tranquilo y está una zona muy segura y silenciosa.

Marcela’s place is small cozy cottage in the garden surrounded with flowers. San Felipe is very quiet neighbourhood and feels safe to walk around. Bus drives just a block and half away and taxi is easy to get. The house itself has everything what was describe and we could cook for us without any problem. When we arrived the floor was not clean. We asked Marcela to clean it and that worked perfectly. What was bit irritating for me was the specific smell of old furniture as it would almost be a bit mouldy. The cottage has its age and so the furniture and beddings.

Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos con Marcela, el espacio que ofrece es cómodo y hogareño. Disfrutamos mucho estar rodeados de plantas y flores, realmente el espacio de Marcela es óptimo para estar tranquilo y descansar. La calle en la que está ubicado se siente muy segura. Además, Marcela es muy amable y cordial. Estuvo atenta de nosotros desde el inicio hasta la despedida. Sus dos perritas son muy tiernas y tranquilas también. Ojalá se de la oportunidad de hospedarnos aquí de nuevo🤍

The little cottage was cute and the neighborhood is safe and very quiet! The two dogs were very well behaved and I looked forward to seeing them on my return each day. This neighborhood is nice, but mostly a bedroom community. My friend lives a minute walk away and is why I chose it. It was easy to grab a taxi and go where we wanted to. But sometimes I wished I was in walking distance to shops right downtown. This is a very inexpensive place and has everything you need to cook. If you have a long stay and want to save money, I would recommend it. Marcela is very nice and called a taxi for me to make sure I got to the airport. The only complaint I would have is there was mildew or mold on the shower curtain which I could smell when I got there. When I told her, she seemed surprised. Anyway, she cleaned it and it went away.
