Villa was spotless Location was quiet and locals were very easy going. Just right for a few days Only snag was onsite entertainment is closed.

Lots of downsides, we don't know where to start. [check in check out] -you have to pay 100 euro in cash at check in (this includes 20 euro card for air conditioning (20 euro is just enough for 3-4 days) -Sonia welcomed us on time, instructions in Spanish French and English are available. No difficulties for check out [home] -we had to clean all the dishes (unusable very dirty) -the house, the garden and the swimming pool are infested with ants, fly and wasp (do not leave a gram of food lying around or it will be unmanageable) -one of the bedrooms is tiny and has no air conditioning -the toilet/shower door does not close - the water does not flow in the shower (rapid flooding) - the toilet flush leaks - the barbecue was dirty (had to clean it) - no hammock - no hot tub - almost every morning someone comes by to try to eliminate the ants, the wasps. -on our third day at 9:00 a.m. I take my shower and hear someone walking in the garden... it was the pool cleaner who did not announce himself and was walking all over the garden (no privacy) - the garbage cans are to be thrown 500 meters away -many opposites [swimming pool] -I had to buy a cleaning net because that of the house is pierced -no shade at all -the swimming pool is large with light for the night and quite new / clean (except 10 wasp per day to remove water) [environment] - very noisy continuous construction from 8:00 am - very remote area from everything, impossible if you don't have a car -there is a bar restaurant (not tried) with a paid swimming pool and unusable tennis courts -allow 15-20 minutes by car for the first supermarket at the entrance to mazaron. Casa comoda urbanizacion tranquila.. Segun mi experiencia gastos extra de limpieza excesivos sin mascota y con mascota aun mas. (95 euros y estuvimos una semana) ademas si bien la casa esta limpia hay detalles que mejorar como para exigir luego esa cantidad.Piscina limpia. Deberian renovar la barbacoa. Ropa de cama justa.
