excellent description lovely lady beautiful home very well described. suited us very well. we were aware it was going to take us about 40 minutes to central London and that was fine. we chose to walk the 15 minutes or so to the underground station. it is good to read her description carefully as it is very accurate. she kindly renewed some of the simple but useful breakfast items in her breakfast cupboard for us. we would very happy to stay here again.

Un excellent moment chez Jane. Une chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable donnant sur un adorable jardin. La maison est située dans un quartier très calme, quartier qui mérite d'être découvert. Un grand merci à Jane pour son hospitalité et l'opportunité qu'elle donne de découvrir une maison edwardienne.

The room is very peaceful and overlooks the back garden. It’s a beautiful and home and I felt very comfortable. Jane was a welcoming host and is an engaging and sweet woman. I had a lovely dinner cooked by Jane, which was a really nice thing to do on my last evening. I also enjoyed meeting Khairo, her beautiful cat. Muswell Hill is a pretty area, with lots of shops, cafes and a cinema. I recommend the parkland walk along the old railway line. It’s also close to Alexandra Park, which is worth visiting and they have a farmer’s market there on Sundays. East Finchley tube station is just a 15 minute walk but there are a few buses that will take you there in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Staying at Jane's was just what we needed. She and her house are unique and inspiring, and we loved being able to walk to Alexandra Palace for a concert. The area is safe and quiet, with many restaurants and cafes! I wish we were able to stay longer. Be sure to take her up on her offer to make a coursed dinner!
