Detached house on the ground of a huge property, in a very quiet area of Bulawayo. It's a bit far from city center, but still within walkable distance. There is a chinese restaurant nearby with tasty and affordable food. Very helpful and responsive host (which I didn't meet personally, maybe next time). The house interior is very clean, cozy and nicely decorated! Due to several minor details, which make your stay very comfortable, you feel immediately that the house is managed and taken care of by Europeans. But the country itself is not (unfortunately, anymore...), that's why I experienced several power and water cuts during my stay - but I understand that this is totally beyond the host's control. Anyway, I had a wonderful stay and could recommended this place, thank you!

We had a lovely stay. Welcoming hosts and lovely surroundings. Beautiful garden and great to have the use of the swimming pool as it was very hot.

The place is beautiful and clean, though a bit run down. The housekeeper was amazing in many different ways. She even let us text from her private phone to communicate with our friends in town, cause there was no Internet as we had expected. The garden is a dream and the pool area was great especially during the hot days while we were there. The big downside is that there is NO INTERNET in this place. We did end up going downtown, buying a SIM card, for which you will have to have your fingerprints taken. Data I wouldn't want to share with just everyone. BUT actually the host took that problem seriously and refunded that cost, as was a problem on the website. To future guests we clearly want to mention: there is no internet. Everything else you'll enjoy!

Stayed here for ten days, and there is only one word to describe it... lovely
