Well what can I say.. Minch View is outstanding. Clean and plenty of facilities. The view is to die for, absolutely out of this world. The location suited us very well as we wanted to visit both Lewis and Harris and it’s almost in the middle. James was very helpful and v quick to reply to our questions. It was absolute bliss. A wonderful house with amazing views in a great location. James's house is perfect for family holidays; the house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, whilst there can't be a conservatory anywhere in the UK with better views! James is also a great host and responds immediately to messages. This was a repeat visit and we are rebooking for next year as well.

An AMAZING place. We have never stayed anywhere with such a wonderful view. Very well equipped. Clean. Very comfortable beds - so important!! Easy to find. Great directions. Excellent communication from the host before and throughout. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay on the island really good for accessing both the top of Lewis and down to Harris. Stunning views and the house had everything you could need. Would highly recommend.

If your looking at this listing and reading reviews to see if it’s worth booking - just book it!! Absolutely breathtaking views from the family room at the back, we spent majority of our time here. Great dvd collection to choose from. We used this perfect home whilst visiting my father in law who lives on the island. We was a family of 5, with our teenage son, disabled daughter and 4 month baby. The home worked absolutely perfect for us and the views even made our teenager look away from his phone in awe haha! Everything you could possibly need and more! Enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
