We stayed here during school vacation so we could visit the aquarium, seaport, village, and downtown. All of these places were a 2 minute driving distance which was great. The end of April isn’t quite swimming weather so we didn’t do anything like that. We were able to get right in to our space on the second floor without issue. The heat was off so we got it pumping in each room right away and it worked well. The heat/ac overhead units in each room do knock quite loudly as they’re turning off when they reach temperature. The space was very open and clear. It was clean as well. The 2 beds in each bedroom were good. The linens were all clean. The 3rd bed which was the pull out couch in the living room was definitely the most comfortable of them all. Everything was labeled well and easy to find. Closing up directions were great as well.

Excellent location, perfect for a long weekend getaway.

The host is great - very responsive and helpful with questions prior to arrival. Found issue with the oven, contacted host and he did explain what happened. Found used towels from previous renter, so it appears cleaning crew is not thorough - since other reviews have mentioned cleanliness. Additionally, people downstairs were drunk and disorderly - a lot of banging with laughter and screaming around up until midnight. Could hear through the floors but did not feel the need to summon local Law Enforcement. They left the next morning, so did not pose issue.
