在这里连续住了好几个月了，客房安静，特别适宜休息。小区环境好，安全。房东回复及时，有问题都会及时解答和解决。

I stayed here for nearly half a year and had a good time. Although the kitchen is shared, guests do not interfere with each other. The landlord responds to their demands and gives guests protection in the use of facilities, and also gives guests a relaxed living and psychological environment. Anyway, I enjoy staying here and look forward to checking in again in the future.

Overall It is a nice place to stay, but when I arrived the kitchen was extremely dirty. Everything was sticky and grimy to the point where I cleaned everything in there the first night because of how dirty it was. Along with my bathroom, and my room had to be mopped at least 4 times till it was clean enough. Parking is tough you have to pay to park inside the gate and you will have to pay to do laundry you can’t use the machines inside.

The house is very new, with complete facilities, a very professional design, and good sound insulation. The landlord is very good. He is here at any time, and the reply is timely.
