It was very nice staying in Casa Kalinaw with the family. The place was clean and we enjoyed the house ammenities. We just had some difficulties with the power interruption.

We had a serene stay at this beachfront property with a mesmerizing sunrise view. The weak phone signal and lack of internet connection made it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Julie, the caretaker was welcoming and helpful. Finding the place was a breeze thanks to mapping app and clear directional signs. However, the outdoor kitchen could benefit from a bit of cleaning and improved storage for kitchenwares and utensils. Overall, a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle.

Our stay was ok, however the house didn’t meet our expectations based on photos and descriptions in airbnb. Would have been nice to know what really was included so we can prepare better. Some items indicated in airbnb that are included, but were not were towels, soap (not even hand soap), toilet paper (only 1 per room was provided during entire stay), basic dining utensils (no table knives), 5 gallons of water per night (only 2 were given out of our 3 nights). Indoor kitchen sink was apparently broken so we couldn’t use it to wash dishes. Also, good to know beforehand that 1 out of the 3 bedrooms does not have direct access to the main house. Not ideal for when it rains especially with young kids or if you need to go to the kitchen middle of the night.
