The house is situated in perfect location in centre of the old quarter, close to bars and restaurants. We had some fabulous meals out which were great value. Fernando was very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed.. the house is really well stocked with plenty of toilet rolls, towels and the use of beach towels, there was coffee numerous teas as well as a couple of bottles of water, et cetera. Would definitely stay there again.. the staircase was fine for us and kept us fit!

This may have been the best AirBnB I have stayed in. The location was perfect, close to the Torres Serranos and in the neighborhood of El Carmen. The host was there to let us in early, and gave a great tour of the house, along with a lot of information about the area and its history. The house itself is unique: four stories, each a single room. This means you need to be prepared to climb stairs a fair amount, and you should also remember which floor you put things. One floor also has a toilet and another two have a toilet and a shower. On top of it all is a great terrace. The kitchen was well equipped including basic condiments, coffee and tea. The only drawback was the sound of pedestrians passing by at night. In the lower bedroom, even though I was two stories up from the street, their voices were quite distinct. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem. Still, I loved this place and would stay there again.

Séjour de 4 jours et 3 nuits à Valence. Situation parfaite dans la vieille ville. Hôtes très accueillants et réactifs. Le logement est parfait et correspond parfaitement à la description.

Host very friendly, gave us lots of information,responded quickly if we had anymore questions. Also left tea,,coffee milk bread jam etc. House in Central location ideal for sight seeing and restaurants etc.Only negative is the metal spiral stairs as it's on 4 floors then up again to roof terrace ,so need to be mobile

Best reception we ever had in an air bnb. So friendly and eager to explain everything. Beautiful and heartwarming people. Fantastic location to explore the old city and 2 minutes walking from the city park. Everything worth while is in walking distance from this location. Bike is rental around the corner with a decent price as well, for the few things you want to see just outside walking distance.
