The location is convenient to town and the beach and supermarkets. It is pretty loud though, between the constant music and street traffic. Safe, good wifi, plenty around to do, eat, etc.

I like rustic and camping but this was too much. The customer service was terrible. My tent had a big hole in the back for mosquitoes to get in. Other guests asked me to check them in, because staff could not be found. I cancelled after the first night and went to a different Airbnb in Tulum. Airbnb offered a refund for the nights I did not stay but TUBO did not approve it so I ended up paying for it even though I was not there. Good luck.

Es tal cual la descripción, hay muchos insectos, recomiendo usar repelente si van a estar en el hostel. Tiene muchos ambientes compartidos si no quieres estar en la carpa, la cama es cómoda. Incluye desayuno, tú mismo te lo haces, leche, cereal, pan, mantequilla, mermelada. huevos. igual afuera del hostel venden frutita desde temprano. Recomiendo rentar los scooters ya que igual sí está un poco lejitos la zona hotelera. Muy lindo todo y los chicos muy amables

Excelente servicio, son todos muy amables, la ubicación está muy bien porq queda enmedio de la playa y el centro, lo recomiendo mucho, rentan bicis y motos en el mejor precio y las áreas comunes son muy lindas siempre hay un lugarcito para sentarte y relajarte, cuando vuelva a Tulum ahí me volvería a hospedar.
