This apartment is so conveniently located to all places in downtown Beverly. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need and there is plenty of space.

Wonderful stay - everything I needed even coffee pods for the machine and toiletries for the bathroom. Great location with great restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance. Also, a fantastic book shop and also, an excellent record store (Bridge Nine). Comfortable bed and chair - home from home!

Krysten, Don (and co) were wonderful hosts. The communication was always prompt, and they helped to resolve any minor concerns promptly and efficiently. Even prior to my check-in, they had identified an issue with the internet, and had already scheduled a technician to resolve the issue first thing the next morning. I was very grateful for the proactive approach, as I needed internet to conduct business in the evenings. I noticed that I couldn't find remotes to access streaming services, and once again, the response was immediate, and I returned a few hours later to find the remotes thoughtfully placed in a bag by the door. The space was very clean upon arrival, and I was happy to see a thoughtful and personalized hand-written note accompanied by a bottle of wine when I arrived - a wonderful welcoming gesture! I was rather frantic when leaving for the airport, and realized that I had left my new phone charger. Krysten helped to ship it to me right away, going above and beyond!

Great place to stay specially since it's close to a lot of restaurants and places of interest. Krysten also is great at communicating! Highly recommended.

Apartment was as described and perfectly located for our needs. We loved that there were restaurants and attractions were within walking distance. I shouldn't have been (because of pictures) surprised to see that there wasn't a living area or place to sit/lounge around other than the bed. Overall it was a great stay.
