We had a great stay at Leyfield Coach House, the location was excellent, the views were stunning and the property was fantastic value for money. We really liked the quirky layout and we had plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other! The property was peaceful and had everything we needed- the treehouse was a fun added bonus! We really enjoyed Kirkby Lonsdale and found some great local pubs- the food and range of beers at the Brewery were fantastic

Comfortable and convenient - great for a few days in the heart of the Dales. A short stroll into Kirby Lonsdale centre, handy for the Booths supermarket, and well located in general to reach the Dales and Lakes. The house was lovely and clean, ensuites to each room, very comfy (firm) beds. Kitchen had what we needed to make ourselves dinner.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for start point of doing Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge. Some great pubs and restaurants / Cafes within walking distance from the cottage. Views were stunning from the outside balcony and a peaceful place to relax after a busy day.

Lovely place, close to Lake District and about 30-45 min drive from most places. Travelled as a group of 5 for 3 nights. Found the place to be private & peaceful. Used the property more as a place to rest during our stay as we were out exploring the Lake District during the day. Pros - Clean & tidy place. Adequate crockery in the kitchen. Prompt communication with the landlord. Ample parking space (can fit in 3 cars per my estimate). Beautiful sit-out & views from balcony/property Cons (property) - damp smell at some places; could do with basic amenities (cooking oil & salt) in the kitchen; expected some games within the property (like other AirBnB listings) Cons (Cottages,com) - Check-in instructions provided on the day of check-in, was mentioned in the reservation confirmation message that they would be provided 2-days before check-in. Cottages,com was non responsive on AirBnB, had to contact them on their number for information about check-in a day before.
